EUROPE POWER-Prompt lifted by renewables forecasts; demand outlook bearish
European spot electricity prices rose on Wednesday, with gains made on the back of lower projected output for wind and solar power capped by a drop in temperatures that is expected to reduce demand for air conditioning, traders said.
