EUROPE POWER-Cold forecast lift day-ahead prices
European spot electricity prices for day-ahead delivery rose on Wednesday, buoyed by weak renewables generation and an expected demand boost because of cold weather, while the forward curve was lifted by firm prices for carbon emissions, coal and gas.
