Prompt UK power prices rally on low wind, IFA outage, demand uptick
Day-ahead power contracts in the UK rallied on Tuesday, retracing most of Monday’s fall as falling wind power generation and a transmission link outage are likely to tighten surplus margins and increase system demand.
